Service

ServiceAt Brigade, nowhere is the standard of excellence more visible than in the matter of service and inspections.  No area is more critical to the continuing operation of a fire suppression system.

As members of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), our NICET-certified technicians are able to respond quickly and efficiently to the ever-changing standards of the fire protection industry.

Periodic inspection and analysis of a system helps insure a building is safeguarded against fire.  Routine service can also lead to lower insurance costs since many underwriters provide reductions in rates for regular maintenance.

Service is a 24-hour-a-day proposition at Brigade.  Seven days a week, our best, most experienced people are out on the road insuring that our customers’ systems remain in optimal working order.

We provide complete inspections and testing of fire suppression systems, including wet/dry, pre-action, deluge, foam, antifreeze loops and fire pumps.  Customers receive computer-generated reports of our findings.  We also provide separate reports itemizing code infractions and cost to repair.  Reports are submitted to local fire agencies (as required).

Our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles contain computers for prompt troubleshooting and repair.  Coming prepared means we can eliminate unnecessary trips back to the shop, thus enabling us to offer competitive rates.
